Italy-based hot runner manufacturer HRSflow has announced the opening of a service centre in Queretaro, Mexico, in cooperation with WCS, and the opening of its new facility, HRSflow Thailand, in Thailand.

The Mexican service centre's location will provide technical service support to all HRSflow customers and OEM users of its hot runner systems located in Mexico, says HRSflow.

Meanwhile the new facility in Bangkok, Thailand was established to provide sales, service, spare parts and technical support to local Thai Tool-makers and injection moulders, states the company.

HRSflow, which says it has the philosophy of being close to customers, providing them with rapid and qualified support, says the new facility in Thailand will expand its worldwide presence by allowing it to reach customers in more than 50 countries.

HRSflow is the hot runner division of INglass Spa and designs and manufactures hot runners for industries including automotive, medical, caps and closures, packaging and cosmetics.
